Week 13, 2011 (Base 2)
This is a recovery week. Unfortunately I caught a bout of food poisoning on the Saturday evening and took the entire week to recover. Ended the week rested, more or less recovered from the virus but still with the mild cold.
Week 12, 2011 (Base 2)
