Rain, clay and the painful art of training your hip flexors

The bottom of my Adidas Ravens after 3 hours on the trails in the rain and clay. Tack on a 2cm slab of clay, stride hard uphill until it becomes too painful. Repeat a few times and then let rest overnight. Enjoy!
